Gojima

Gojima was opened about a few months ago and was inspired by different burger joints and decided to create a Japanese fusion style of using seaweed as the "burger bun" in which i find it quite interesting and unique to see.
This is what i've ordered
Salmon Miso - Tasmanian salmon, cheese, lettuce, cucumber, radish, pickles, scallions, & gojima sauce. With a nice Green tea brewed Gemaichi & matcha.
